The most important thing to me is to make a positive impact … in every conversation, every career and every partnership.
Why? Let’s take a few steps back in time.
💥 In 2008, when the GFC struck ... The company I worked for closed operations in 4 locations worldwide (including Australia) ... despite record results, and a winning team and culture. I was devastated ... We had 2 children under 5, a single income home and a new mortgage ...
🛠️ I founded Switch Recruitment to look after my family and make a positive impact on everyone I interact with …
1) Clients who are under pressure to achieve their goals but can’t find the right people …

🇺🇸 In 2018, the Pinnacle Society (a North American Consortium of Industry Leading Recruiters) accepted me as the first non-US based Executive Recruiter into their prestigious association, after an extensive competitive selection process. This was a career defining honour.
🏆 In 2019, the RCSA named me finalist for “Best Recruiter of the Year” and my firm Switch for “Operational Excellence”. LinkedIn rated me as Top 1% Recruiter.
🔥 In 2020, my book “Switch- Stand Out, Get Noticed and Get the Right Job” hit #1 Bestseller on Amazon for Job Hunting and Careers. It shows the 4 step process managers must follow to secure the job they “really” want.
😊 In 2021, I helped over 70 displaced executives (CXOs, VPs and Directors) on the career and job hunt strategy helping them secure choice roles.
👧 In 2022, we crossed the incredible milestone of sponsoring 113 children, 15 teenage girls at risk and 1 HIV positive mum in Africa, providing Housing, Education and Healthcare.

Pree is an Executive Recruiter, Career Coach and Author. He works with executives at global companies advising on career strategy and talent management.
He is a Registered Master Practitioner in NLP (Psychology of Success), helping people to identify, resolve and overcome emotional barriers to achieving peak performance. He also has a Bachelor of Science, an MBA and is a Certified Predictive Index Analyst for Behavioural Performance in the workplace.
Pree is a food and travel enthusiast, a lifelong learner and enjoys all things personal development.
Sabine Khadgi

Worldwide, 385 million children live in extreme poverty. Poverty robs children of their basic rights to learn, play and grow. In its ugliest form, poverty can lead to exploitation, child labour and even death. It's unacceptable.
That's why we sponsor 21 children across the planet and provide food, medication, clothing and education through our partnership with Watoto and Compassion Australia.
